Brandon Bellew Named Partner

Brandon Bellew joined Johnson Pope two years ago and focuses his practice in the areas of Trust, Estate and Guardianship Litigation.  Admitted to practice in 2006, Brandon is very active in professional, civic and community groups.  Some of those include the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, a Sixth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee, the Clearwater Bar Association Board of Directors, Leadership Pinellas Class of 2013, the Probate  and Real Property sections of the Clearwater and St. Petersburg Bar Associations as well as the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar.

Brandon has spoken and written this past year on topics such as homestead litigation and issues with jointly held property.  Outside the office, Brandon enjoys watching college sports, especially University of Kentucky basketball, working out and reading with a particular interest in history.
