J.D. Zarate Named Partner at Johnson Pope

TAMPA – Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP is pleased to announce that J.D. Zarate has been named partner. He is a member of the firm’s litigation team in the Tampa office.

J.D. represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of state and federal commercial litigation matters, with a primary focus on contractual disputes, non-compete and other restrictive covenants, trust, partnership and member disputes, intellectual property matters, and class action defense. He has industry-specific experience in real estate, health care, SaaS, consumer packaged goods, finance and lending, and aesthetic and cosmetic services.

J.D. Zarate holds B.S. and B.A. degrees from the University of Florida and received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
