Johnson Pope Continues Its Commitment to Growth in Tampa
Tampa – Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP, is pleased to welcome Leonard H. Johnson and Sheada Madani to the firm’s Tampa office.
Len Johnson focuses his practice on commercial real estate, business, banking, construction, and land use and development law. Len’s practice spans over four decades, all in the Tampa Bay area. In addition to his law practice, Len was a bank holding company president for over 15 years, which provides a unique insight into lending transactions. He has substantial experience in acquisition and development of real estate projects and serves several clients in an outside general counsel role, reviewing and drafting contracts, and advising as to entity structure. Len is also admitted to practice in Colorado and New York.
Sheada Madani’s practice focuses primarily on various types of commercial transactions in both the real property and business areas, including land acquisition and development, commercial leasing, negotiating and preparing transaction documents, analyzing property diligence, like-kind exchanges, financing and institutional lending, purchase and sale transactions, stock purchase and asset purchase agreements, and title insurance matters, as well as estate planning for non-taxable estates. Ms. Madani also represents property owners in dealing with and consolidating subsurface mineral interests. Ms. Madani has the experience to assist her clients in all aspects of the acquisition and development of property, including financing transactions, and, is a title agent for several national title underwriters issuing tens of millions of dollars in title insurance over the years.
