Johnson Pope Takes the Lead in a Major Affordable Housing Development
Will Conroy led the legal effort on behalf of the joint venture between DDA Development and Gracepoint Wellness of Tampa for the construction of an $18 million dollar project that will provide 90 units of affordable housing. The Graham at Gracepoint, as the project is called, is one of the first in the state to have a dedicated portion of the complex (half, or 45 units) set aside to serve homeless individuals. DDA Development (www.ddadevelopment.com), with experience in for-sale, for-rent and affordable multi-family, is the developer on the deal and was responsible for securing the state and local funds necessary to make this project come to fruition. “My firm, and myself personally, are proud to be affiliated with a first-class developer on a project that will have such an immediate and lasting impact on an underserved part of the Tampa Bay community.
