David is a business attorney with considerable experience in transactional matters and business disputes. As a transactional attorney, David has represented high-profile private and corporate clients in numerous significant transactions in a wide array of industries and jurisdictions. David has also represented individuals, corporate entities, non-profits and public institutions in various state courts, federal courts, appellate courts, and administrative agencies. Clients also rely on David for general guidance and counseling.
Prior to joining the firm, David was a partner at a prominent firm in central Indiana where he represented a broad array of clients in various industries including education, health care, technology, software, transportation, manufacturing, and retail.
Prior to studying and practicing law at Indiana University (Bloomington), David lived in Tampa and obtained a dual degree from the University of South Florida.

- Obtained summary judgment for major public university in commercial business dispute involving international contractors with seven-figure demand.
- Obtained preliminary injunctive relief against shareholders in multi-state hospitality business dispute.
- Obtained summary judgment and injunctive relief for major public university in trademark dispute.
- Represented trademark owner in Lanham Act case resulting in favorable judgment to client and affirmative relief in federal district court.
- Represented institutional trustee in breach of trust suit involving seven-figure demand. The case resulted in favorable settlement.
- Defended business owner’s estate in complex shareholder dispute resulting in favorable settlement.
