Experience

Grant’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and private equity fund formations, as well as the representation of companies and developers in connection with general corporate matters throughout the life of an entity, including entity formation, corporate governance, securities regulation, and exit strategies. He also executes transactions in real estate, including the purchase, sale, and lease of real estate. He utilizes his tax and accounting background to provide tax structuring and advice throughout each transaction. In addition to holding a law license in the state of Florida, Grant is also a licensed certified public accountant in the state of South Carolina.
